Check-in and Check-out 


Deposit and Cancellation 

We bill the first night as a deposit to VISA, MasterCard or AMEX at the time of booking. Our stated room rates do not include applicable tax (H.S.T. 13%).

Please note there is a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $25.00 per room cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, we do try to rebook the room for you but you are responsible for the cost of the room for any night that it is not re-booked. (Note: We urge you to take out trip cancellation insurance.) Please note these terms, as they are a vital part of the successful management of our bed and breakfast.

During the high season, June 1 to September 30 a two night minimum is required. Two night's minimum is also required on the weekends in April, May and October. Often single nights are available between bookings; please call if you see availability on the calendar but the system will not allow you to reserve!

Children and Babies

We respect that everyone loves their children, but many guests are staying at the B&B to get away from their children. So we ask you to kindly respect that The Queen and Albert is best suited for adults.


The Queen and Albert is a pet free facility, if you need to bring your pet to Stratford ask us for a referral about a place to board your pet.

Proper Conduct

The Queen and Albert has a laid back atmosphere where guests respect their fellow guests peaceful stay. The Queen and Albert reserves the right to evict a guest when the innkeeper feels it is the appropriate solution. We adhere to the regulations within the Canadian Charter of Rights
